Senior Vice President and Managing Director
Linda Bright is responsible for overseeing the practice, as well as direct consulting to mid/large public and private corporations. Linda's team currently manages over $3 billion in combined assets. In her consulting capacity, Linda has provided fiduciary stewardship to investment committees for over 17 years, related to plan design optimization, all areas of plan benchmarking, and selection & monitoring of investments.
Vice President and Head of Investments
Kevin Chen has over 20 years of retirement plan consulting & investment management experience. Kevin leads our investment research team, oversees the monitoring of investment managers, and develops capital market views for the firm. He is an expert strategist with a passion for devising creative ways to structure investment programs to improve portfolio performance, lower costs, and mitigate risk. Kevin is responsible for all aspects of investment consulting services with his clients including investment policy development, investment structure reviews, recordkeeper and custodian searches, fiduciary risk management, plan design optimization, fee benchmarking, vendor management, and performance monitoring.
Senior Plan Consultant
Vincent Ko's background includes personal financial planning, public sector education retirement plan administration, and qualified/nonqualified defined contribution plan design. His primary responsibilities include ongoing plan management and consultation by providing retirement program plan design, compliance, and investment-related advisory services To plan sponsors and fiduciary committes. Key areas of focus include mergers & acquisitions, controlled group plans, nonqualified retirement plans, and legislative/regulatory compliance and oversight.
Manuel Villagomez's background includes personal financial planning, and 403(b)/457(b) public sector education retirement plan administration. His primary responsibilities include ongoing plan management and consultation by providing retirement program plan design, compliance, and investment related advisory services to plan sponsors and fiduciary committees. Key areas of focus include business development, participant plan education, and non-qualified retirement plans.
Bernson Wong is responsible for managing the analyst team, producing investment reports, providing quantitative and qualitative guidance for mutual fund selection, and researching any and all investment-related products. Bernson's team currently reviews over $3 billion in combined DC plan assets, over 800 mutual funds, and over 90 fund families. Bernson has been with Precept Advisory Group for over nine years, with experience in both consultation and administration of define contribution plans.
Matija Fistrović is an Investment Analyst. He provides research and analysis as directed on investments, mutual funds, as well as economic and capital markets reviews. Matija assists in investment structure analysis and manager research activity, plan financials and asset allocation updates, and current and alternative investment analytics. He supports the managing consultants with manager searches, due diligence related to fund companies, and prepares and co-presents at employee educational meetings, benefits fairs, and prospective client meetings.
Marisa Meshot is the Account Coordinator. Marisa is responsible for providing administrative support to both plan consultants and investment analysts by maintaining prospect and client databases, assisting with implementation of new and ongoing sales and marketing programs for assigned prospects/clients, managing the team's discretionary budget, including timely process of invoices (internally and externally), and assisting managing consulting relationships.
